1. Website Scope and Information We Collect
This notice describes the Boundless Software marketing website. It does not create customer accounts or process subscription payments. Contact inquiries and webinar registrations may include your name, business email, company, phone number, message, and the product, plan or webinar you selected. Provide only information needed for your inquiry; do not submit passwords, confidential customer records or sensitive personal information.
2. How Information Is Used
We use inquiry information to respond, arrange requested demonstrations and services, and administer webinar registrations. Any promotional communication is subject to the choices provided when you submit information and applicable law. Website providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times and referring pages to deliver and secure their services. Such metadata can be personal information; it is not necessarily anonymous.
3. GoHighLevel and Other Providers
When an active form is configured, contact and webinar forms are embedded from GoHighLevel (GHL). Loading a form sends connection metadata to that provider; submitting it sends your form responses and selected inquiry context. The form may use its own cookies and storage. If a form is unavailable, use the email contact shown on the page. This website is hosted using Amazon Web Services. Google Fonts and externally hosted images also receive connection metadata when your browser retrieves those resources. Providers may process information outside your province or country under their own terms and safeguards.
The optional Teleplex demo on our Apps page loads only when you select Load Teleplex demo. Loading connects to Teleplex and supporting providers, which may receive connection metadata and use their own cookies or storage. Starting a conversation is a separate choice; any text, audio or video you choose to provide is processed by the demo service, and microphone or camera access may require browser permission. Avoid submitting sensitive information. Closing the demo removes its interface, but does not recall data already sent or clear provider storage. Demo data handling is separate from optional website analytics; contact us before use if you need details about retention or processing.
4. Cookies and Consent
We store your analytics preference in browser localStorage under boundless-consent. This storage remembers your choice and is separate from analytics cookies. Optional Google Analytics (GA4) loads only after you accept analytics. It receives page visits and browser/device metadata, including the IP address required to make a network request; we do not send contact form responses or URL query parameters in our application pageview events. The website has no configured marketing tracking tags.
Use Cookie Settings in the footer to change or withdraw analytics consent at any time. Withdrawal stops future application analytics events and attempts to remove accessible analytics cookies; it cannot recall information already sent. Browser settings can clear saved preferences. Embedded form and external resource requests are separate from the optional analytics setting.
5. Retention and AI Use
We retain inquiry information for the purposes for which it was collected and any applicable contractual or legal needs. A fixed retention period for all records is not specified here; contact us for information about your records and deletion requests. This static marketing website does not perform model training or create AI avatars from submitted inquiries. Data handling, retention, model training permissions and deletion for a purchased AI or infrastructure product must be addressed in the applicable product agreement and processing notice; this website notice does not establish those product terms.
6. Privacy Rights and Requests
Where PIPEDA applies, you may request access to your personal information, challenge its accuracy and request correction, withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions, and raise a concern about our handling of your information. Depending on your location and the applicable law, including GDPR or CCPA where they apply, you may also have rights to deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or opt-out of certain uses or disclosures. Rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances; this notice is not a certification of compliance with every jurisdiction. We may need to verify your identity proportionately before acting on a request.
7. Changes and Contact
We will publish updates to this notice here and update its date. For access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, retention details or privacy concerns, contact us using the email below. Please identify the relevant inquiry or webinar without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
